Shipping Policy

At Black Label Co., we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

International Shipping

Black Label Co. ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Black Label Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Black Label Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
